1. Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within Germany.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (€1.99)

Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

3. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

If you place your order before 5:00 PM GMT, we usually ship the same business day.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for secure and fast checkout.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us at support@comenvie.com to request a change or cancellation. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be modified.

6. Do your vases come with flowers?

No, we only sell vases. Any flowers shown in product photos are for decorative purposes only and not included.

7. What if my vase arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@comenvie.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
